Feel like your form is ready? 

Always make time to double check your form and let a colleague check as well. You can view the complete feedback form by clicking on the 'Preview' button at the bottom left of your screen.

A new window will pop up that will allow you to view all of the questions and answers. You can fill in the form and check sub questions. 

The data you enter will not be saved so you are free to test!

Please note: when previewing your form, the background will be black (default colour). When your form is live, depending on your settings, the background can be the online email version or a set image.
