Read here for more information how to set-up a multiple choice question.

Viewing the Multiple Choice results

For above-mentioned example, navigate to 'Customer journeys'. All results are aggregated here under your form name.

The form results are compiled in an overview dashboard including:

  • A pie chart distributing the answers

  • Amount of respondents

  • Number of respondents giving a certain answer

  • Percentage of respondents giving a certain answer

Single answer possibility

If you have chosen to give your customers only one single answer option, your results overview will look like the following:

The percentage of answers given will always be 100% in total.

Multiple answers possible

If you have given your customers the opportunity to leave multiple answers, your results overview will look like the following:

The percentage of answers given can result in more than 100%.

'Other' option

If you have added an 'Other' option to your question, the formulated answers will be shown in your results overview underneath your graph:

Multiple Choice Export

The layout of your export depends on whether you choose to give your customers the possibility to leave a single of multiple answers.

When a form has at least one MC question with multiple answers possible, the corresponding export will get an extra header row, to display the possible answers.
