If you're looking for a way to ask feedback outside of an email, you're able to use the 'Share a link' functionality. This enables you to create a direct URL to your form and share it on other channels. You can, for example, share the link via a Whatsapp message or social media.
How to share a link?
After you've created your form, please click on the 'Implement' button.
Select 'Share a link' and copy the generated URL.
This functionality is available for Customer journeys and Customer relationships forms only. You can't share the link of an Email satisfaction or In-email content form, as these forms always question the content of an email.
