The CloseAlert Reporting API can be used to automatically import CloseAlert data into any proprietary system. 

The API can be set-up from your Project Settings > API access.

Please note: when setting up the API connection, incoming feedback data from that moment can be exported. You're not able to export data through the API with retroactive effect. 

Use cases

The sky's the limit; enabling the API opens up endless possibilities for making the data work for you. Some examples, but please be not limited by these:

  • Connect customer feedback with traditional e-mail statistics: import feedback into your CRM and create an overview of the results of each e-mail/campaign sent
  • Profile enrichment: import customer feedback into your CRM and link responses to customer profiles
  • Trigger follow-up campaigns: trigger new campaigns based on customer preferences
