If you log in to the CloseAlert dashboard and go to the ‘Results’ section, you will find a search field.
When viewing results within the categories 'Email satisfaction' or 'In-email content', you can search for a specific email. You can also search for emails that were placed in a specific folder. Additionally, the file path is shown in order to determine in which folder the email is located.
When viewing results within the categories 'Customer journeys' or 'Customer relationships' you are able to search for specific forms.
