Please note that this feature is accessible for users with 'project admin' rights only.
If you're using Tripolis as your ESP, you must create an integration.
Step 1: Go to 'Integrations' under your project settings
In the settings, go to 'Integrations' on the left hand side of your screen. Click on the blue button to create a new integration.
Step 2: Select your integration vendor
Select the integration vendor 'Tripolis dialogue'.
Step 3: Complete the steps in your Tripolis account
Make sure that you check off all steps described in the grey area. These steps must be undertaken within your Tripolis Dialogue center.
If all three steps have been completed, fill out the name of the integration. We recommend you to make this an easy and recognizable name.
Step 4: Connect to your dialogue instance
The last step is connecting CloseAlert to your dialogue instance. You must fill out the Tripolis credentials here:
Tripolis domain;
Customer;
Username;
Password.
These credentials are private to your company and are encrypted in CloseAlert.
After filling out all information, please save the integration by clicking on the green 'Save' button. Your Tripolis integration is now all set and you can start to get to work.
