The templates are created to increase CloseAlert's ease of use, provide ideas on how to use the individual categories, and to speed up the implementation.
Upon selecting a template, you are redirected to the form builder. The template offers a pre-set form which is customizable; questions can be altered or removed and additional question (types) can be added.
