In this policy, you should inform respondents whether the given feedback is anonymous (or not) and what their responses/ personal data is used for.
How to set a form specific privacy policy
Setting a privacy policy for a specific form is possible and will overrule the general policy on that specific form only.
Add a privacy policy on the form under 'form settings'
