Create a Redirect After Giving Feedback

There are several options in each form to redirect your customers to after they have provided feedback. By default, your customers will be redirected to the online version of the email. 

Add a call-to-action button

By selecting the second option 'Call-to-action button', you will insert a call-to-action (CTA) that appears after the respondent has submitted his/her feedback. Enter the text you want to put into the button and enter the URL behind the button. With this option, the customer will not be automatically redirected to the webpage, but only if they press the CTA. Use this option, for example, to ask customers if they want to leave a review on your page. 

The image below shows how the text will appear to your customers. Your customers can decide if they want to click on the button or close the thank-you screen.

Redirect to a specific web page

If you select the third option 'Redirect to,' an input field will appear. Simply enter the redirect URL of the web page you want to redirect your customers to and then click the 'Save' button. Your customers will now be automatically redirected to that web page.
